Accounting

Lincoln Property Company’s accounting services are delivered through a comprehensive system tailored to each client’s requirements and based on a system of strong internal controls and checks and balances.

We offer clients the option of a decentralized, PC-based system (such as Timberline or Skyline) or an in-house system developed and maintained on Lincoln’s mainframe and accessed by its local area network.
